Nowadays, our generation is growing up into a predefined mold. There is a path that is defined as “perfect” by the homogeneous masses of our society: you go to school, find your first love, go to college, choose a job, get married, work—and die. But there are those who are unstructured, incapable, strange, weird—the so-called outliers—who, in search of their personal freedom, try to break out of this system and dare to escape. They leave the predefined path and are usually viewed by our society as failures or system corpses. My work deals with precisely these freedom seekers. Their courage to leave the predetermined path touches and fascinates me. I hope that this work will contribute to developing understanding for those who want to shape their own path.
