Young people from Mannheim discuss with pics4peace

Tomorrow afternoon we are with students of the Karl-von-Draiß-School in Mannheim. They are special young people. They build bridges of tolerance.

As a school with predominantly Muslim children and young people, they have spent a year asserting themselves as bridge-builders between religions and cultures, carrying out a wide range of activities, cooperating with other educational institutions and thus living up to the Abraham Cup that was entrusted to them. Congratulations! Even if they have now passed on the Cup, "the responsibility remains", they say. Compliments for your effort!

The girls and boys are creative, musical and full of verve. We are looking forward to a lively exchange and many new ideas at the workshop.
It's about proposals for more togetherness in Europe, against extremism and about the goals and ideas of the young people for their future.

They will also be the first to hear our song4peace, which we will publish in the run-up to the European elections. It's an exciting project, and you'll hear more about it soon. Everyone is invited to join in.... Let's sing and dance ;-)

We are looking forward to Mannheim and to you!
