1000 Odysseys: Winfried Muthesius on setting up his exhibition at the Kulturspeicher

Cartons

This is just a small glimpse.

Boxes containing unique foil prints are currently piling up in the study—all for Winfried Muthesius' exhibition “1,000 Odysseys.” Starting in the fall, the works will be on display on the glass facades of central locations in Würzburg before, with new accents, they will move to the Museum im Kulturspeicher in spring .

The works of artist Winfried Muthesius are being displayed on the glass facades of various museums and institutions in Würzburg, making them visible to everyone in the cityscape. Stops include the Mainfrankentheater, the passageway in the Museum am Dom, and the Theaterhalle am Dom. The Sparkasse bank on Domstraße/corner of Langgasse, right next to City Hall, will also be part of the exhibition. In the spring, the exhibition will continue with new accents at the Museum im Kulturspeicher.

Special foil prints of the art photographs had to be made for this presentation – all of them unique and delivered individually. As a result, the way to my PC has currently been transformed into a narrow path between the many boxes. :)
